It is so easy to place an order here.  All you have to do is open the attached PDF File and print off the order form.  Currently there are three pages to the order form.  One page is for Candles.  One is for Bath And Body Products.  One is for all other produts.  Please provide as much information as you can.  Use the comment sections to add additional information or to ask any questions you may have.  Make sure all information is complete.  Email the completed form to:
